Welcome to the world of Phit-N-Phat. This is a community dedicated to inspiring and changing women's lives through fitness from a person who has been there done that, and worn the 2X t-shirt.
I want this site to feel like your escape to talk about everything that challenges you to become the woman you want to be. Feel free to look, learn, and enjoy all the information me and my team have pulled together through our combined experiences in losing our weight for good.

After you take a look around you'll probably see we're a pretty successful group of ladies losing fat and looking better than we have in our lives. If you decide you want to be just like the Phit-N-Phat Girls, you can become a subscriber by submitting an application. We wish we could take everyone, but we do limit the site to a certain amount of new people each month and to individuals dedicated to REALLY changing their life.
