What's Going On at PNP?

As you can tell, we've been moving all the blogs to the new site so you may have been receiving quite a few old blogs in your inbox. They've all been moved and just think of the other posts as a good reminder of loads of great information.

I have taken Phit-N-Phat to a new level. We're now a member site. So many of you wanted to be a client with me and I simply didn't have time to take as many of you who wanted to work with me. That's what brought me to the idea of offering fantastic training schedules with a forum to help women along their fat loss journey. This is how the new PNP works. You become a subscriber and you get tons of resources:

  • Exercise training schedules for beginners, intermediate, and advanced users. We've even got men's schedules for those Phat Hubbies!
  • Food help. Active Nutrition is something most of us are lacking. We all know how to diet; we don't all know how to fuel for a fat loss strategy.
  • Motivational help. Our forums are filled with motivation, question and answer day, help from Corinne and other moderators, and much more. Our forums truly are worth the price of admission.

The biggest reason for making such a change in how I operate is that I realized most of us will exercise given a good schedule. We'll also eat well given a good set of guidelines to follow. The TOUGHEST part of the journey is the mental side. WE NEED HELP! I spend 90% of my time coaching women through the muck of life and helping them make the right choices. So, at PNP you have the tools and now you have the women to lean on who are right in the thick of it with you. It's awesome and the group is just getting better and better every day. 

Those are just a few things we have going on. I have loads of plans for the future like podcasts, videos, and books. I'm so happy to have loads of you alreday joining and can't wait to grow while you lose. If you want to join, go to www.phit-n-phat.com.

Workout Journal: Sat was a DOR. Sun was my 10 mile run for 1/2 training. Today will be back day. I'm sure the trainer will take no mercy on me even though I ran and ran yesterday.

This week we are changing things up a tad for my heavy workout. Remember, I'm trying to build so this schedule is not for someone in fat loss mode.

6 sets of Pull ups - close grip (I've been doing wide)

5 sets of lat pulldowns

3 sets of low rows close grip

2-3 sets of bicep curls

Food Journal
B - apple and 140 cal SBD Bar (5am breakfast)
B - oatmeal with Fage
S - post workout shake
L - Chicken stuffed low carb pita (veggies inside) carrots and hummus
S - Egg Wrap
D - Beef Stew (homemade)
S - Fage
