I have a client who recently went hiking for vacation. She’s been working with me in private challenge groups for months now using PX90. In our group she said…
Vacation has been great! Sunday we hiked 12.5 miles – all down hill – that was a killer on the knees! Monday was an easy flat 6 miles – Tuesday was 9 miles of some ups & downs – yesterday was a 19 mile day! We started at 7:30am and got done at 6:30 pm! I am pleasantly surprised at how good we feel this morning! A couple people we met on the trails asked where we were from – when we said Iowa they were surprised at how well we were hiking – they asked what we did to get in shape – P90X!
So proud of Kim!!! That’s how you can describe this trainer because she’s been busting her hump and getting great results in strength, quality of life, and just feeling good.
I’ve done PX90, P90X 2, mixed them with Insanity (click here for PX90 schedules and hybrids) and loved my own results. And it’s gratifying to be able to hang with the likes of Tony and Shaun T when you used to weigh 250lbs!
My story didn’t start with these videos but it’s how I train now and part of how I’ve been able to complete Tough Mudders, marathons, and all kinds of exciting things I never dreamed I would do back then. When I do videos like PX90, I get excited but I get MORE excited when my clients I coach tell me their results.
As a coach, it’s rewarding to to hear the results. I have one client, Leanne, who uses Power 90 (the precursor to PX90) and is banging it OUT! She also posts some of the most fabulous food preps every week! Y’all would love to see the goodies she makes as she does the videos along with Weight Watchers. That’s one of my favorite things about my accountability/challenge groups: the people share so much of their lifestyle that everyone gets motivated and TIPS!

PX90 + Consistency = Results
I’ve been given this incredible gift of being able to re-harness my health and live the life I’ve always wanted. If you have supported me along the way, THANK YOU! I couldn’t have accomplished it without the help and accountability from those around me. Fitness is fast becoming my passion and I’m having a lot of fun inspiring others by holding accountability and challenge groups on Facebook. The kind of group I was so grateful to have found one year ago.

Great job ladies!!!
Impressive results from hard work! Woot!!
