I posted a picture on my Facebook of my Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower and everyone wanted the recipe. This week Chris and I wanted a new vegetable spin so these sounded really good. I can attest after sampling that they are AWESOME but they bring some heat! The recipe makes 12 servings and 82 calories. You can find full nutritional information here along with other recipes of mine.
First, take some Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce, a Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning packet and mix in a bowl.
Next, take your fresh cauliflower and dip the heads into the sauce and place on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick or rubbed with some oil.
Bake at 425 for 45 minutes. I didn't even toss it but you could half way. I forgot because I was cooking up fish, chicken, and lean ground beef for our weekly prep. This is the finished tray and on a plate with some of my Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing.
I put this with some chicken thighs cooked in my Pampered Chef Ridged Baker for Chris and with a lean burger topped with sauteed onions, mushrooms and peppers for me. Enjoy and let me know what you think.
