Remember how we talked about listening to our bodies yesterday? Well, mine told me loud and clear that I should rest today and flush the rest of this cold out. I was pretty ill most of the day yesterday so I took it easy. Today I feel 100% better, but didn’t want to chance ruining any weight training with pushing too early. I moved my DOR from Saturday to today and will jump back in with easy cardio and a modified shoulder routine tomorrow. Sunday will be back to full force as long as everything goes well Saturday.
Since there is no workout to report, here’s the food journal:
B-Fiber One with a banana chopped and 10 almonds
L – early lunch Boca burger on WW bread, soy crisps, 1/2 my prepared cantaloupe
S – SBD Bar and coffee
S – rest of my cantaloupe
D – Egg white sammy, cuke and tomato salad, grapes
S – oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of choc protein powder
