This week I shot TWO Facebook Lives discussing food prep.
The first video is short (13 min.) and it’s all about “The Diet Starts Monday Mentality.”
I shot it standing in front of my car, early Sunday morning, and getting my day all set to kick off a great week.
The second video is longer (61 min.) and it details my food prep.
This week I wanted to do a bigger food prep because I’ve been traveling so much the last few months. I’ve ate salads because they are easy but wanted to do a little something new.
Saturday night I sat in my bed and asked myself a question: What would you enjoy eating this week?
Food prep is a lot easier when you look forward to it! And eating what you make is a WHOLE lot easier when the food is what you like.
Upon Waking: My coffee
Breakfast (10 or 11am): Mexican Egg Bowl
Lunch (2 or 3pm): Steak Salad
Dinner (6 or 7pm): Chicken fajitas on Baked Potato
Chicken Fajitas: Bake at 375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until done. I also put some EVOO on there and it’s sooooo good.
