Let’s get geared up for the holidays!

In the PNPTribe the girls have a whole program called Handling the Holidays Like a Boss Lady and today we give you one of the key tools we use.

First, we have them think about what they DO want out of the holidays. Often clients will tell me everything they DREAD about the holidays.

The overspending, overeating, overthinking, and over drinking. Basically we are over the holidays before they even happen because we think of all the problems we will face with food pushers and more.

Next, get out a calendar and cross out every day you have a party or function. There’s more WHITE space than blocked out days. That’s how many days you have to get it RIGHT and TIGHT. You might need to say no to some cookies but we have to do that anyway ALL YEAR LONG.

My girls are learning how to lose weight during the holidays but it’s not as bad as our BRAINS make it. We go over this and more in today’s podcast.
