The 24 hour plan is simple.
Write down what you will REALISTICALLY eat in the next 24 hours.
Here’s the biggest problem I see when working with my clients.
They don’t follow the plan. I ask why? They say it’s too hard.
Well, that’s a problem. If it’s TOO HARD, you aren’t meeting yourself where you are at.
You are creating some frankendiet you’ve cobbled together in your brain from about 50 past, failed diets.
Before you can lose weight you have to learn how to do what you say you will do.
I teach REALISTIC planning. That means the hard part will be ACCEPTING where you are at now.
Most of you will keep overeating and breaking your plans, eventually quitting because you simply won’t start where you are.
