There were a lot of questions answered...
My "butter" coffee is 1 tsp of cacoa butter, 1 tsp of MCT oil, and 1 tsp of organic heavy whipping cream. I do add Splenda. Blend it quick and it's delicious. I drink 2 in the morning and 1 usually around 2pm.
I drink Pellegrino. That's what is in the big green bottle.
Xtend is the grape stuff I flavor my water with.
I typically eat 2-3 times a day and I start eating at about 11am.
I workout on an empty stomach. It totally works for me. Everyone can experiment to see what works best for them.

If you are beginning to meal plan and food prep, start with something EASY at first. Just plan breakfast in the beginning.
Fruit is fine. I eat it.
I do not do low carb. I teach how to listen to your body and find what works best. That's always going to be a way you can lose weight BEST and keep it off for life.
