Each year the holidays draw near and clients everywhere go into PANIC mode on what will happen to them from Thanksgiving to New Years. If you have the right MINDSET and not just trying to have the right diet you CAN come out of the holidays with a healthy lifestyle fully intact.
I’ve been maintaining my weight for over seven years. After losing over 100lbs it was scary to think how I would survive so many eating opportunities. Well, somehow I figured it out and recently gave a talk on the subject. In this video I discuss your first step: What do you want out of the trip? Do you want to maintain, gain, or lose? Yes, you can choose any of the three. In fact, my goal is often to gain a bit of weight because I know how to get right back on plan and drop it when I get home.
