Do you feel alone losing weight? Feel like nobody gets it?

You aren’t alone in that, for sure. I remember…

Watching people eat whatever they want and not gain weight. I’d think how unfair it was. I can look at nachos and feel my ass grow.

Seeing people exercise in cute, tiny outfits while worrying a fire would break out between my legs.

Going to a family dinner. Everybody eating old family favorites and worrying what everyone would think or if they would be offended if I didn’t eat the food.

It can make losing weight feel harder when you are battling a lot of worry and feelings of being left out.

Feeling lonely makes weightloss harder. That’s why today I’m teaching you how to quit feeling so isolated. It makes weightloss WAY harder.
