Punching yourself in the face ain’t as fun as it used to be

It’s important to know why you don’t hold yourself accountable.

My PNPTribe has LOVED this lesson so I know you will, too.

Holding yourself accountable requires an internal conservation.

That internal talk with yourself after you overeat or eat off plan is the best predictor of whether you will lose your weight FOR GOOD or not.

You will never hold yourself accountable if that discussion with yourself after any diet mistake has a face punch included.

No wonder you don’t want to look at your habits and patterns!

You bitch slapping yourself instead of figuring out a solution is THE REASON you are likely not losing weight.

Until you are willing to have an honest, non-judgemental conversation with yourself, it’s going to be hard to lose your weight. Your mental weight will get in the way each time.

Before you look for another diet, fix that conversation.

Losing your mental weight is everything. Most people focus on diet plans and restrictive food lists. They never look at what the real problem with their weight is. I specialize in helping women get past the mental bullshit drama so they can lose weight.

Start with my free course, you’ll see how simple losing weight can be.

I think I’m afraid to succeed. I’ve been overweight for so long (30 years) I think I am afraid of what my life will look like if I do lose the weight. I used to want to lose weight to be cute but now, at 55, I just want to be healthy so that I can enjoy my grandchildren and live a long life. Thoughts?

    • Star thinking now about what life CAN look like losing weight. Don’t leave it up to an unsupervised imagination. It will not create a pretty picture so you don’t have to do the work of losing weight.
