You probably want to lose weight. But, that's not enough.
You have to be ALL-IN.
In the video at the end of this post, I teach you how to either be all-in or stop wanting. Wanting is exhausting.
You shouldn't start another diet until you have done your work.
Know why you want it. How it's going to be the best for you and all the pain it causes you now.
Forgive and forget what got you here.
How will you handle mistakes, temptations, and urges?
Know the BS you tell yourself when you want to relief.
Most women with weight to lose are seeking relief.
I call this the REAL work you need to do when you are losing weight. Of course I teach my members how to eat, what to eat, exercise, and more, but none of that even compares to getting your head right FIRST.
That's why every video, blog, or post is me teaching you how to change your thinking.
It's why my entire weight loss program and membership is DEDICATED to helping women BELIEVE they can lose weight, understand WHY they want it, how to commit to it, and what to do when it gets hard.
Losing weight is hard when you only want it.
When you are ALL-IN, have the tools and people behind you to make it happen losing weight feels doable.
I won't sell you a line of crap.
But the hard shifts in you. There's a sense of comfort knowing you are figuring out how to lose the weight. It goes from being overwhelming to doable.
And, the amazing thing? When you work on this stuff you change more than your pant size. You change your life.
