Will My Past Prevent Me from Losing Weight?

I’ve never coached a weightloss success who had an EASY past.

Each of them had all the excuses and reasons why they couldn’t lose weight.

None of them had lost weight and kept it off.

What made losing weight different this time?

They quit looking at their failed attempts as evidence of what they could do today.

They also quit looking at their past as if it shouldn’t have happened or made it hard today to be healthy.

If you want to lose weight, you are going to have to push through the pain, the failures and rise above your past.

I rose above bullying, being cheated on (more than once), growing up in a drive-thru, depression, and more.

Your past is as relevant as you want it to be. If you want it to influence your weightloss success then decide it will motivate you; not be your excuse to quit.
